The Next Car
Show: 2/25/2012
The Chandler Car Show is looking for a Chandler nonprofit
organization to partner with us on the 9th Annual Classic
Car & Hot Rod Show which will be held on Saturday, February
25, 2012 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The perfect candidate will be an organization that works
with youth, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, able to provide event
support with volunteers, and assist with marketing the
event.
If you are interested, please provide a brief description of
your organization including history, target population,
goals (i.e., a five-year plan), and objectives. Please send
your proposal by November 1st to:

As a sponsor, you will be recognized by a City official at
the Car Show, your logo will be on our website, the Car Show
T-shirts, the benefactor’s websites, all media including
advertising in local newspapers, posters, banners and the
car show
brochure. The levels of participation are as follows:
Cobra Level - “Title Sponsor”: $15,000
donation which includes Hospitality Tent, Advertising (main
stage, webpage, etc.) 2 large banners and 15 T-shirts.
T-Bucket Level - “Co-sponsor” $10,000 donation
which includes Hospitality Tent, Advertising (main stage,
webpage, etc.) 1 large banner and 10 T-shirts.
Corvette Level - “Major Sponsor” $5,000
donation which includes web page advertising, 1 small banner
& 5 T-shirts
Bel-Air Level - $1,000 (includes 3 T-shirts)
Cuda Level - $500 (includes 2 T-shirts)
Mustang Level - $250 (includes 1 T-shirt)
