Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the 9th
Annual Classic Car and Hot Rod Show on Saturday, February
25, 2012. Last year we estimated over
10,000 people attended this event.
The fees for being a vendor vary as to the type of vendor
you are:
Snack Vendor: $125 (10 x 10)
Food Vendor: $200 (10 x 20)
Arts & Crafts: $100 (10 x 10)
Please provide us with information and/or photos of your
booth area so we can arrange vendors accordingly. There is a
covered ramada area in the center of A.J. Chandler Park
(both east and west sides of Arizona Avenue) that include
electricity and water at no extra charge.
You can pay your vendor fee on line here or mail your check
(payable to Chandler Car Show) to the following address:

All vendors must posses a current Sales Tax License with the
City of Chandler. Please call
480-782-2280 for more information.
Food vendors must also posses a valid Maricopa County Mobil
Food, Pushcart, Food Peddler or Catering permit. You can
access this information at the County website at
www.maricopa.gov.
